Hillary For Secretary of State?
Give me a break! Hillary Clinton for secretary of state? Why? Only a few years ago, she was virtually a housewife in Arkansas.
My choice? Al Gore.
Look, he might not be interested in returning to Washington after having a national election literally stolen from him by a combination of state and federal officials in 2000. But the hands-down choice for secretary of state in the Obama administration is Al Gore. For crying out loud, there should be no doubt about this. He has a Nobel Peace Prize and literally nurtures the earth in his hands. No matter who President-elect Obama selects, he will not find a more qualified nominee than a man who should have been president but has not stopped caring about the world ever since.
